What cookies are
Cookies are small browser records that help a website recognise a session, protect forms and remember a chosen setting. This policy describes BotRE storage only.
Strictly necessary cookies
botre_session — signed support state for security and forms, up to 12 hours.
botre_auth — revocable account session after sign-in, up to 30 days.
botre_locale — chosen account language, up to one year.
botre_trial_device — opaque anti-abuse device token after trial activation, up to two years.
These are not used for advertising.
Storage duration
Session storage normally expires when the browser session ends. Persistent preferences have the periods stated above, unless you delete them earlier in your browser.
Analytics and advertising
This version of the public site does not load advertising cookies, cross-site trackers or a separate analytics platform. If analytics is added later, it must appear as a separate optional category and stay disabled until an appropriate consent choice.
Your controls
You can inspect, block or delete BotRE cookies in your browser settings. Removing them may sign you out, reset language preferences or require a new trial-device check. The optional tawk.to chat may set its own cookie or use other storage; its actual storage and consent controls are reviewed separately before launch.
Browser controls and contact
Most browsers let you inspect, block and delete site data. Blocking all cookies may prevent login, security forms, language persistence or trial protection from working. Contact support if you need help understanding a BotRE cookie or exercising a privacy choice.
