Scope and acceptance
These terms apply when you browse the public site, create or use a BotRE account, run property searches, save alerts or connect Parser Delivery. By using an account feature, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you act for a company, you confirm that you may accept them for that company.
What BotRE provides
BotRE is an information and automation service. It collects and normalizes public property listings from supported third-party sources, removes likely duplicates and delivers matches through Web and Telegram interfaces. BotRE is not a seller, landlord, real estate agent, broker, bank or party to a property transaction.
Accounts and access
Keep access links, passwords and one-time codes confidential and keep your email and Telegram identity current. You are responsible for activity from your account unless you notify support promptly about unauthorized access. We may require re-authentication for sensitive changes and may revoke sessions to protect the account.
Listings and third-party sources
Listing content, prices, availability, photos and contact details come from third parties and can be incomplete, delayed or wrong. Always verify material information with the advertiser and through appropriate legal and technical due diligence before paying, signing or relying on a listing. Source availability and coverage can change.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse BotRE, bypass limits, probe security, access another person's account, distribute malware, interfere with delivery, resell unauthorized access or use the service unlawfully. Do not submit secrets or sensitive personal data to support chat. We may pause abusive traffic and investigate activity needed to protect users and infrastructure.
Trials, plans and payment
The free trial is available once per eligible customer under the published rules and does not automatically create a paid subscription. Its current duration is 14 days and its limits are shown before activation. Integrated online payment on the website will be added later. For now, a plan is activated by request during or after the trial: after the amount and payment details are confirmed, payment can be made by transfer to a bank card or in cryptocurrency, and access is activated after payment is verified. A new arrangement is required for the next paid period unless expressly agreed otherwise. BotRE does not request or store a full card number, CVV, seed phrase or private key. The terms of future checkout and automatic renewal will be shown before ordering.
Availability and liability
A consumer entering a distance contract generally has a 14-calendar-day statutory right to withdraw unless a legal exception applies. If a consumer wants the paid service to begin earlier, the current manual application flow obtains a separate express request and any acknowledgement required by law; future checkout must do the same. We do not treat all payments as non-refundable. We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation, a particular number of listings, collection of every source item or transaction success. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Suspension, changes and contact
The current manual payment does not create an automatic charge: the next period is activated only after a new arrangement. You may stop using BotRE at any time; once automatic renewal is launched, future charges will be cancellable in the account. Account deletion, export and personal-data requests are handled under the Privacy Policy and may require account-ownership verification. Active configurations and delivery stop when access ends; necessary records are retained only for the stated purpose, security, dispute or law. Material changes are published with a new date and communicated in a durable medium where required. Georgian law governs these Terms without removing mandatory consumer protection.
