Digital service
BotRE is provided online through the account and connected Telegram functions. There is no physical delivery or separate delivery fee. Features and limits follow the plan and workspace permissions.
Starting access
Registration creates an account; eligible clients activate the 14-day trial separately. For a paid order, access is activated after bank confirmation of a successful payment; start and expiry appear in the account and electronic confirmation. Failed or unconfirmed payments are not payment.
Connections and results
Telegram delivery requires a linked account; channels require bot permissions and compliance with limits. Listing collection and background checks take time; status appears in the account. Empty results are valid when no listings match. Source availability does not guarantee a specific property.
If access is missing
Check status and contact support with the account and safe transaction identifier. Do not pay again to fix a delay. Confirmed payment without access is a service issue subject to the agreement and Refund Policy remedies.
