Which property sites does BotRE search?+
Personal search uses MyHome and SS.ge. Some ready-made Telegram feeds also include listings from Korter.
Will the feed contain repeated listings?+
When the same property appears on several platforms, BotRE aims to show it once. You get a cleaner feed without repeated cards.
How often are new listings checked?+
Tracked searches look for new options every 30 minutes and send matching listings to Telegram.
Where do notifications arrive?+
You can receive new properties in your personal Telegram or publish them to connected client channels.
Does the search include agencies?+
Personal search focuses on owner listings. For client work, choose a ready-made feed for the segment you need.
What is included in the 14-day trial?+
The trial includes one client Telegram feed and three tracked searches. A verified email is required, and the 14 days start only when you activate the trial.
Do I need to provide a bank card?+
No card is required for the trial. During or after it, submit a plan request on the website; once confirmed, you can pay by transfer to a bank card or in cryptocurrency. Integrated online payment will be added later.
Which interface languages are available?+
The Web account and new Telegram delivery support English, Russian and Georgian. Listing addresses remain in Latin characters for consistency.
